These Terms of Use govern your use of lucetti.com (the "Site"), operated by Lucetti ("we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information on the Site. The Site describes our cabinetry, design and installation services. Images, finishes, dimensions and lead times are for general reference. Colors and materials may look different in person. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding quote. Pricing, scope, schedule and warranty are set only in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

2. Consultations and inquiries. When you submit a form or request a consultation, you agree to give accurate information. Submitting a form does not create a contract or reserve production capacity. Our response times are goals, not guarantees.

3. Intellectual property. The Site's photographs, designs, text, logos and the Lucetti name are owned by Lucetti or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without our written permission.

4. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using automated tools to collect content or data.

5. Third-party links and services. The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as form, scheduling and mapping tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Disclaimer. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are provided only in your written contract.

7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucetti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Lucetti against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes. We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
